在洛杉矶的一间厨房里,
一对夫妻用擀面杖和炒勺,书写着属于他们的美食远征。
天津汉子,坚持着手工揉面的老传统,
三揉三醒,一根擀面杖耍得虎虎生风;
兰州姑娘,则守着那口卤锅,
火候、配料,每一道工序都不容走样。
揉进的不只是味道,
更是一份关于家的记忆。

2025年,
在这份坚持与热爱中,真味坊 ZHENWEI KITCHEN 诞生了。
我们相信,
真正的西北风味,不该被距离冲淡。

味道的坚持,从第一口开始
凉皮现蒸现切,辣子油泼得滋滋作响;
大盘鸡炖到土豆挂满浓汁,一筷子戳下去,沙软绵密;麻辣小龙虾用兰州秘料爆炒,连虾壳都得嗦上三遍。还有那道承载着家族记忆的——发财鸭(F*C DUCK)。卤锅的秘方,源自妈妈手把手教导。如今,她亲手掌勺,把这份手艺,一味不差地延续下来。
那锅香气,是记忆的味道;
那抹辣意,是骨子里的执念——
辣得人眼眶发热,却也香得让人停不下筷子。

When the flavors of Northwest China meet the sunsets of Los Angeles
In a small kitchen in Los Angeles,
a husband and wife are crafting their culinary journey,
armed with a rolling pin and a wok.
The husband, a native of Tianjin,
stays true to the old ways of handmade dough —
kneading three times, resting three times,
rolling the pin with the strength and grace of a seasoned craftsman.
The wife, a girl from Lanzhou,
stands guard over a precious pot of broth,
where every simmer, every seasoning, and every step follows tradition to the letter.
What she preserves is more than just flavor —
it’s a living memory of home.

Born from a spirit of perseverance
In 2025,
out of passion and persistence,
ZHENWEI KITCHEN was born.
We believe
that true Northwest flavors should never be watered down by distance.

Staying true to the taste, from the very first bite
Fresh liangpi is steamed and sliced on the spot,
chili oil crackles as it’s poured sizzling hot;
Big Plate Chicken is stewed until the potatoes soak up every drop of rich sauce, melting at the touch of chopsticks;
spicy crawfish is stir-fried with secret Lanzhou spices,
every shell worth savoring to the last lick.
And then there’s the family heirloom — F*C DUCK.
The broth recipe comes from her mother’s careful teaching,
passed down hand to hand, step by step.
Today, she carries it forward herself, honoring every detail without compromise.
The aroma from the pot is the scent of memory.
The heat of the spice is a stubborn love that runs deep —
fiery enough to bring tears to your eyes,
yet fragrant enough to make you reach for just one more bite.
